Every dinner is prepared and hosted by Executive Chef Joshua Jones with a focus on atmosphere, fresh ingredients, and beautifully plated courses designed to be shared.
The standard Linea private dining experience is a four-course evening, prepared and plated in your space by Chef Joshua and the Linea team.
House focaccia — rosemary, roasted garlic parmesan, or whipped ricotta & hot honey.
Linea Caesar or Tuscan Chop, dressed at the table.
Fresh handmade pasta — rigatoni or pappardelle with a slow-cooked sauce.
Tiramisu, ricotta cheesecake, or brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

Linea is owned by Joshua Jones and Amy Campbell. Joshua, our executive chef, prepares and hosts every private dining evening personally. Amy designs the charcuterie and runs event design and management — from the welcome through the rhythm of the night. You're not hiring a catering crew; you're inviting the owners of Linea into your home.
Every Linea private dining evening begins at a $1,000 event minimum, plus a 20% hospitality service charge. Wine pairings and enhancements are offered as optional upgrades — final pricing is composed as you build your evening.

Yes. We arrive with all ingredients, cookware, plating, and serving tools. We use your kitchen for finishing and your dining space for service. We tidy as we go and leave the space spotless.
A standard residential kitchen is plenty. Access to a stovetop, oven, sink, and ~6 ft of counter space is ideal. We've also hosted in Airbnb stays with modest kitchens — let us know your space and we'll plan around it.
We don't supply alcohol directly. The wine-pairing enhancement is curated by Chef Joshua — we recommend the bottles and you provide them, or we can coordinate with a local retailer. Welcome cocktails are mixed on-site using spirits you supply.
Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Anything beyond a 30-mile radius from downtown Nashville may include a travel fee, quoted before booking.
We require a 14-day minimum lead time. Weekends fill 4–8 weeks out, especially around holidays. The earlier, the better.
Absolutely. Gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free, and allergy-aware menus are all possible — share details during booking and we'll design the courses accordingly.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 30+ days before the event are eligible for a date transfer within 12 months. Inside 30 days, the booking is non-refundable.
It's a service charge that covers hospitality, gratuity for the on-site team, and the cost of bringing a restaurant experience into a private space. Additional gratuity is welcomed but never expected.
