Linea was founded in Nashville by Joshua Jones and Amy Campbell — partners in life and in the kitchen — to bring slow-cooked, handmade Italian cooking to gatherings across Middle Tennessee.

Joshua and Amy own Linea together. Joshua is the executive chef — leading the kitchen, rolling pasta by hand each morning, and personally hosting every private dining evening. Amy designs the charcuterie boards and runs event design and management, shaping every gathering from the first inquiry through the last plate. When you book Linea, you're inviting the two of us into your home for the evening.

Sourced close to home

We work directly with a network of Tennessee farms and producers for our meats, dairy, eggs, and seasonal produce. What we can't source locally, we make ourselves — from the focaccia to the ricotta.
